MEHA GRANT APPLICATION

Note that funds for travel or equipment purchase are not permitted. Institutional cost sharing is required. Submit this form no later than March 1 for consideration. Funding requests will be evaluated at the annual business meeting during the annual conference.

Your final report, including accounting for funds expended, must be submitted to the MEHA Secretary-Treasurer within thirty days after project completion.
